Delicious and sustainable - no better way to eat tuna whether you want Yellowfin, Albacore or Skipjack we have them all! Yellowfin comes in organic sunflower oil, olive oil or brine, the Albacore and Skipjack come in brine. Try these recipes.
Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall uses our anchovies in many of his recipes. Here is a simple nicoise recipe which uses them "neat". Other anchovy recipes are available on the River Cottage website in his recipe section.
