Sardine spaghetti
(serves 4)
Ingredients
Organico spaghetti – enough for four people
1 tin of Fish4Ever Sardine Fillets
4-6 Tomatoes peeled or from small can
large handful of Chives
2 Garlic cloves (to taste)
1-2 tbsp Capers (to taste)
Method: Boil enough spaghetti for four people and cook until al dente (with a bit of bite!). While the pasta is cooking fry chopped garlic in a pan making sure not to burn it, add the tomatoes & capers and cook on a low heat for 5 mins without stirring, add the sardines that have been gently broken up (not mashed) cook for a further minute. Combine the sauce with the pasta in a large bowl and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
