| Films hope to change opinion |
|
The short film from Greenpeace (see Greenpeace - Fish4Ever above) confirms the position of Fish4Ever as a leading ethical and sustainable canned fish brand. But we are hoping that the film of the book which inspired us to create this amazing range will take the campaigning further.
Charles Redfern Fish4Ever founder says: "Fish4Ever boast an approach to sustainability that is comprehensive and effective: land, sea and people. None of these headings can be ignored. Fair pay, fair working conditions and community support are critical factors in a proper vision of real sustainability - and these are conditions that Fish4Ever has fleshed out in defiance of the global seafood industry which wants cheap prices at whatever costs - to the environment or to the community and to the people fishing and working in production."
The video link shown above shot by Greenpeace on location in the Maldives and in Islington is a testament to our vision. If you can't see it on this page click here for direct link. By supporting Fish4Ever you get the best fish in more ways than one.
* Meanwhile The End of the Line Film which was featured at the Sundance Film Festival and is now seeking distribution is a damning indictment of the world of fishing and we hope that it is available for all to see soon. Click here to find out more The End of the Line.
