Oily Fish - so good!

sardinesontoast.jpgWe are always pleased to see positive comments about fish and health and recently has been no exception. Firstly Natural Lifestyle magazine wrote that oily fish is the best way keeping your skin supple and moisturised. Then a recent study in the US (published by the Journal of the American Dietectic Association) has found that a moderate amount of the omega 3 acid found in fish is associated with a 20% reduction in gum disease*. Keep on smiling!
