We had a plan to have 70% of our products MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified by the end of the year. With all our Mackerel, Kippers, Herrings and Salmons and one Tuna certified we were on course, however this month (August) our sardines have been certified meaning we have made our target of 70%. The fish that are not yet certified are all caught following our strict code of sustainability, ethical and enviromental rules.
